This document is designed as a clear operational policy. It should be reviewed periodically against changes in Kenyan law and the company’s actual practices.
Technologies that remember and measure
This policy describes cookies, pixels, SDKs, local storage and similar technologies used by TPM and approved providers. Your browser stores some of these on your device. You can manage optional categories through our consent control and browser settings.

These operate because the service cannot reliably function without them. They may remember consent, protect forms, maintain sessions, distribute traffic and prevent abuse. Blocking them in the browser may prevent account, player or preference features from working.
3. Optional technologies and consent
Where consent is required, analytics, personalisation or advertising tools should remain inactive until you choose them. You may change your choice later without losing access to general news. Withdrawal does not invalidate earlier lawful processing.
4. Third-party players
Live TV, radio, maps and social media may be provided by third parties. When you activate an embed, that provider may receive device and usage data under its own terms. We minimise automatic loading where reasonably possible, but a player cannot operate without contacting its provider.
5. Duration
Session technologies expire when the session ends. Persistent technologies remain for a defined period that should be proportionate to purpose, and are refreshed or deleted according to provider configuration. We periodically review the inventory and remove obsolete identifiers.
6. Browser and device controls
You can delete or block cookies through your browser, reset mobile advertising identifiers and use platform privacy controls. Blocking all storage may sign you out and erase preferences. Industry opt-outs affect participating advertising providers but may not stop contextual advertising.
