Creative specifications

  • Display: JPG, PNG, GIF or approved HTML5; secure HTTPS assets; click-through URL; concise alt text; reasonable file weight.
  • Video: MP4/H.264, stereo audio, 16:9 master, captions supplied, no baked-in misleading interface controls.
  • Audio: WAV or high-quality MP3, broadcast-safe loudness, music and voice rights cleared by advertiser.
  • All creative is subject to technical, editorial, legal and brand-safety approval. TPM may reject or pause non-compliant material.

Measurement, billing and terms

Reports may include booked and delivered impressions, clicks, viewability where supported, video completion, listening, newsletter delivery and agreed custom outcomes. Invalid traffic is filtered using reasonable controls. Unless a proposal states otherwise, rates exclude VAT, production, talent, travel, third-party data and platform fees. Payment terms, cancellation, make-goods, data use and content ownership are confirmed in the insertion order.
